HR Advisor - 12-Month FTC // Immediate start available ?? Location: Chester

Are you a proactive HR Advisor looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact? Join a growing business in Chester on a 12-month FTC, supporting the HR function and working closely with the HR Manager.
As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing practical and operational HR support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in a mix of employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities ? Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations and HR policies
? Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
? Support the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and strategies
? Assist with performance management, absence management, and disciplinaries
? Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
? Contribute to engagement and well-being initiatives
About You ? Previous experience in an HR Advisor role or similar
? Comfortable handling employee relations cases and providing HR advice
? Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
? CIPD Level 3 or above
