Job Description:
Salt is collaborating with a fantastic Media Client as they seek to hire a talented and driven CRM Executive to support them on an ASAP starting, monthly rolling contract position.
This role plans and delivers CRM activity (emails, push notifications, in-app messages, etc) to support campaign priorities and channel needs, driving key marketing outcomes.
This is the perfect opportunity for a driven marketing executive to hone their CRM skillset in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with marketing, media, and creative teams to deliver a marketing plan that achieves the desired outcomes.
* Use CRM expertise to enhance strategic plans provided by media strategists.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and innovation.
* Set up and activate CRM campaigns accurately -ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
* Execute and optimise CRM channels, including email, push and in-app notifications.
* Work closely with creative teams to ensure activity is high-quality, on-brand and optimised for performance.
* Monitor performance and share insights with the wider CRM team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Skills Required:
* Experience in planning, activating, and optimising CRM campaigns across various formats, working towards clear outcomes and KPIs.
* Proficiency in CRM systems - Braze very advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
* Excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
* Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Have a proactive, collaborative approach with a can-do attitude.
