Become a key member of my clients dynamic accounting team as there new Inhouse Accounts Manager. In this permanent role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the management decision-making. Preferred Requirements: *Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, accounts management, and management accounts preparation.
*Proficiency in forecasting and working closely with board directors to support strategic decision-making.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Familiarity with accounting software and systems, such as AAT or CIMA, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications: *Relevant accounting or finance-related qualifications, such as AAT or CIMA, are highly desirable.
*Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts management role, preferably within the Accounting & Financial Services sector.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
