Walker Cole International is searching for an Analytical Team Leader to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the East Midlands. This role will provide technical leadership and management to an analytical team focused on cleaning verification and validation in a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities as the Analytical Team Leader: *Lead and coach a team of Technical Leaders, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Technicians.
*Oversee analytical activities for cleaning verification/validation, identifying and implementing solutions for technical challenges.
*Define and approve analytical strategies for new and ongoing projects.
*Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance with MHRA and FDA standards.
The successful Analytical Team Leader candidate will have: *Strong knowledge of cleaning verification and validation.
*Previous experience managing a laboratory team.
*Expertise in HPLC, dissolution method development/validation, and stability study design.
*Proven ability to lead investigations, deviation management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
