Scrum Master - Bath - Hybrid (3-4 days per week in-office avg.) - £50,000+ DOE
A fast-growing SaaS company based in Bath are looking for a passionate Scrum Master to join their development team. The team works with Agile principles, delivering value and driving continuous improvement. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be a servant-leader, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Role Overview:
You will guide Scrum teams, coach on Agile practices, and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll work closely with Product Owners to refine the backlog and support cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
*Guide teams in using Scrum and Agile practices.
*Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
*Remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals.
*Support Product Owners in backlog management and planning.
*Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
*Create an environment of trust, transparency, and healthy conflict resolution.
*Coach teams in continuous improvement and innovation.
You Are:
*Proactive, with strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
*A servant-leader focused on empowering teams.
*Adaptable, creative, and driven by continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
*Experience as a Scrum Master in technical teams.
*Strong coaching and communication skills.
*Familiar with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
