Are you an experienced Billing Specialist looking to take ownership of client finance coordination in a fast-paced marketing and media environment? We are seeking a Finance Client Co-Ordinator to manage Work-In-Progress (WIP), ensure timely billing, and support financial reporting for a leading agency.
Key Responsibilities: *Billing & Invoicing: Liaise with Account Handlers to produce and finalise invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to clients.
*Work-In-Progress Management: Maintain low WIP balances, ensuring costs are billed promptly and budgets are accurately tracked.
*Reporting & Analysis: Generate month-end reports, including Unbilled WIP summaries and Credit Note Reconciliations, to support financial processes.
*Budget Tracking: Ensure accurate client budget and billing records, reflecting correct PO/Budget details.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance and Account teams, providing financial counsel and resolving invoicing queries.
*Billing in Advance (BIA) Management: Oversee BIA accounts for respective clients.
Requirements: *Previous billing experience, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
*Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Maconomy experience is a plus).
*Excellent attention to detail with strong commercial awareness.
*Ability to meet strict monthly deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
