Care Assistant
Location: Billingshurst
Salary: £13.25 - £19.00 per hour
Hours: 20-40 hours a week

What’s in it for You?
*Monday to Friday Rates of Pay: *09:00 – 18:00: £13.25 per hour
*Early & Late Unsociable Hours (07:00 – 09:00 and 18:00 – 22:00): £13.50 per hour
*Weekend Rate of Pay (07:00 – 22:00):£14.75 per hour
*Bank Holiday Rate (07:00 – 22:00):£19.00 per hour
*Paid Mileage:30p per mile
*Refer a Friend Bonus:£200
*Signing-On Bonus:£150
*Fully Funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health & Social Care
*Open University Funding Programme: Work with us full-time and you could receive up to £9,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses, or up to £6,000 for full-time courses. Work with us part-time and you could receive up to £6,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Personal Care
*Meal Preparation
*Administering Medication
*Companionship Care
No previous experience in care is necessary! Full training is provided in all aspects of care.
All You Need:
*A full UK driving licence with access to your own car
*A genuine desire to care for others
*Confidence in making everyday decisions with the well-being of others in mind
