The Quantity Surveyor - Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be working on a variety of high-profile projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. Based in Kingston upon Thames, you’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and play a key role in delivering exciting and challenging schemes.

*A £40m NEC new build Healthcare scheme.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:
*A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
*2+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy firm
*Pre and post contract experience
*The ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames
