A leading multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Leeds is looking for a driven and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering outstanding projects across multiple sectors.
The Quantity Surveyors’ role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of 30 professionals, including 4 highly experienced partners who remain actively involved in project delivery. The company prides itself on its collaborative and close-knit environment, where every team member plays a vital role in driving success.
The Quantity Surveyor will take on a diverse project portfolio spanning logistics, industrial, residential, retail, and commercial sectors, with typical project values ranging from £1m to £15m. With a strong pipeline of retail and commercial new builds and refurbishment projects, there will be plenty of opportunities to work on exciting, high-profile schemes.
Beyond traditional Quantity Surveying duties, the role will involve Employers Agent services, Contract Administration, and overseeing project delivery to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

The Quantity Surveyor
*RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
*Ideally MRICS or working towards APC
*Pre & post contract experience
*Consultancy experience is preferred
