New Business Valuations Manager / Lister
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 basic, OTE £50,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven New Business Manager / Lister to join a dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business by conducting market appraisals and securing new sales instructions. You’ll play a crucial part in bringing high-quality stock to the market and driving the agency’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Proactively generate new business and win new sales instructions.
*Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to potential sellers.
*Build strong relationships with homeowners, providing exceptional service and guidance.
*Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency’s market share.
*Work towards and exceed targets for new instructions and revenue.
*Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activity.
*Represent the agency in a professional and approachable manner.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in estate agency sales with a strong track record of winning new business.
*Confident in conducting market appraisals and securing instructions.
*Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
*Well-presented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong knowledge of the St Albans property market is advantageous.
*A full UK driving licence is essential.
This role offers a basic salary of £25,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £50,000, along with the opportunity to work with a highly successful and respected agency.
