Our clients, a leading independent Estate Agency are currently seeking a Valuer / Sales Manager to join their close-knit team in the East of Ipswich area.

Requirements for the Valuer / Sales Manager Role:
*Proven success in property listings
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Positive, driven attitude with a strong work ethic
*Demonstrated ability to gain new instructions and win business
*In-depth knowledge of the Ipswich & surrounding area property market
*Management experience
*Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
*Full UK driving license
*Professional and proactive work attitude
Key responsibilities as a Valuer / Sales Manager:
*Generate new business and conduct valuations from leads provided
*Managing the branch to achieve success
*Negotiate offers and manage the sales process
*Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards
*List properties on the market
*Promote the company’s services and benefits to clients
