Job Description:
A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a well-renowned sustainable recycling and total waste management business.

An established multi-million turnover business. They specialise in:
*Waste solutions, sustainability, recycling,
Duties & Responsibilities:
*The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business, with a focus on winning and developing strategic accounts and relationships.
*Effectively building and managing a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
*Fully managing own diary, meetings and sales activity with full autonomy.
*Owning the full sales cycle, from lead gen, proposal, close, and account management.
*Managing internal and external relationships, including Suppliers.
*Ensuring retention and growth of existing business.
Experience & Skills needed:
*Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*A proactive sales approach.
*Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
*Able to work from full autonomy, and manage own diary.
In return:
*Basic salary £45-50k
*Uncapped commission paid monthly- double OTE £90k
*Remote, flexible, field-based role.
*Car allowance, laptop, and phone.

*25 days holiday a year, and company pension.
