Bridging Finance Broker
Wigan
£35K-£50K basic ( depending upon experience ) Realistic first year £70K OTE ( year 2 = £100,000+)
A well established, award winning, Directly Authorised Mortgage Broker based in Wigan has an opening for a Bridging Adviser. They have a large amount of existing and new clients and they will supply leads. The role would be based at their offices in Wigan.
Responsibilities.
*Providing full advice and recommendations to customers for bridging loans
*Dealing with clients and lending institutions to get the best loan deals
*Converting enquiries from existing clients, referrals and introducer’s
*Working to and achieving set KPI’s and targets whilst adhering to all compliance
*Assessing wants of clients, carrying out necessary research and providing quality advice
*Liaising with case managers to ensure cases are moving forward effectively
We’re looking for a Bridging Advisor who has the following skills and experience…
*Relevant and recent experience as Mortgage Advisor/Bridging case manager as a minimum, several years experience as a Bridging Advisor is advantageous
*Great with people and excellent at sales and closing deals
*Deadline driven, good under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Reactive, adaptable to change with a proactive approach to task
*Confident, self-assured with the ability to influence others
In return, the successful candidate will be offered a salary of between £35,000 and £50,000 depending upon experience a well as a generous bonus structure with a first year OTE of £70,000 ( £100,000+ year 2 onwards )
*22 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with service)
*Commission Scheme - OTE £70,000+
*Early finish Fridays
*Team holidays + social events
