My Client, an International bank in the City, seeks a junior credit/rm support (2-3 years current experience minimum), to join their wider Corporate Real Estate origination team in London.
Responsibilities will include :
Creating/populating cash flow models: taking rental and other cost information for the property in order to determine the net operating income;
?Credit analysis: looking at the net operating income and determining the probability on the continuity of the Bank’s interest being serviced now and ongoing; 
?Performing sensitivity analysis: identifying potential risks and how these different scenarios may impact net operating income; determining appropriate financial covenants; 
?Writing credit papers: concisely summarising the strengths and weaknesses and providing suitable evidence to support recommendations or mitigate risk;
?Take the lead on quarterly monitoring and compliance reporting;
*LMA loan documentation and review/negotiation with external Lawyers
Good knowledge of the UK Commercial Real Estate market: the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each of the main asset classes
