TN Recruits is offering a fantastic role as a Trainee Financial Services - Employee Benefits Administrator with a salary range of £24,000 - £30,000 + FULL STUDY SUPPORT FOR CII.
Key Features:
*Comprehensive on-the-job training.
*Brand new offices!
*2-3 year development program leading to CII qualification.
*Choice of three roles upon successful completion.
*Salary range: £40,000 to £60,000 with an OTE of £60,000 to £90,000.
Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional customer support.
*Create business proposals for Employee Benefit Consultants.
*Compile scheme renewals, benefit reviews, and strategy reports.
*Develop skills for a successful consultancy role.
About You:
*Enthusiastic, driven, and committed.
*Strong desire to learn and pass relevant exams.
*Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Good GCSEs/A Levels (degree desirable, good A levels considered).
*Experience and qualifications in Financial Services and Health, risk, or insurance industry are a plus, but not essential.
