Assistant Property Manager
Worcester
2 days WFH, £27,000-£30,000 DOE
Sole Source is proud to be working alongside a growing & upcoming managing agent based in the Worcestershire area. Over the last couple of years, they have seen organic growth which has opened the doors to a new role within their property management team.
As an Assistant Property Manager you will assist in the management oversee of a portfolio across the Midlands. Directly supporting a Senior member of the team, who is very passionate about people management and development. The team you will be joining are very experienced and for anyone wanting to learn this is an opportunity not to be missed. They are wanting to provide career progression with the vision for this role to become a fully-fledged Block Manager within 12 months.
To be considered for this role you will need experience in Property Management in some capacity. An experienced Assistant PM who is keen to progress into a Property Manager position would also be considered, however anyone with more experience is welcome to apply. You need be happy working in a smaller business.
As an Assistant Property Manager you will:
- Assist in the management of a portfolio across the Midlands
- Being the first point of contact for all leaseholders
- Deliver 1st class service to all clients
- Manage maintenance & contractors
- Manage your diary and conduct site inspections
- Have a full UK driving licence & access to your own car
