Reporting directly into the head of Head of WMPI, to align the switchover/release of new system and tech releases. To ensure that all communications are aligned for go live dates and collaborating with teams for the collective goal.
As a Switchover/Release Management Lead, you will to:
*Develop and implement a holistic release strategy for the Brazil integration project, ensuring alignment with release plans of the Group Functions and other Integration Locations
*Partner with GOTO to ensure end to end business preparations for each release, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
*Design and manage a robust business test strategy to ensure product quality and readiness.
*Coordinate and oversee business test management activities, including planning and execution.
*Lead the coordination of go-live events from a business perspective, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
*Prepare detailed runbooks for each release to ensure clarity and accountability.
Your expertise
We are looking for strong Switchover/Release Management Lead who has relevant experience in one of more of the below:
*Previous experience working in the Private Banking sector.
*Experience managing deadlines, sometimes at short notice, as well as multiple priorities.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management.
*Ability to collaborate with the Testing team to understand the releases and ensure they achieve the intend goal.
