TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established conveyancing law firm based in Swansea, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in property transactions. Who are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Title Checker to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities:
*Title Examination: *Conduct thorough examinations of property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies.
*Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to property titles.

*Document Review: *Review and analyze legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and contracts.
*Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.

*Communication: *Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to gather necessary information and resolve title-related issues.

*Research: *Conduct research on property records, land surveys, and zoning information.
*Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations.

*Quality Assurance: *Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and precision in title examinations.
*Provide recommendations for resolving title-related challenges.

Qualifications:
*Legal Background: *Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
*Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is highly desirable.

*Attention to Detail: *Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inaccuracies in legal documents.

*Analytical Skills: *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex legal documents and resolve title issues.

*Communication Skills: *Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

*Technology Proficiency: *Familiarity with relevant software and databases for title searches and legal research.
