Key Role Responsibilities:
*Manage and administer vendor quotes for IT solutions and services.
*Support sales and solutions teams by ensuring efficient quote processing and order placements.
*Negotiate special pricing with manufacturers to secure the best deals for clients.
*Handle customer queries related to order fulfilment and ensure service level agreements are met.
*Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
*Assist with renewals, sales order creation, invoicing, and customer service processes.
Key Attributes Required:
*At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT reseller, distribution, vendor, or channel.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales or pre-sales environment.
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
*Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
