Job Description:
Our client is recognised as Conveyancing Firm of the Year (South) at the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2024 - they offer flexible working options and support professional development and progression within their organisation.
We are seeking experienced conveyancing fee earners.
Working as part of a busy team, you will need to be experienced enough to be able to handle 6 or 7 exchanges / completions per week. Candidates interested in this role will need to have worked in volume conveyancing previously.
Duties of the role include:-
*Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
*Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
*Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
*Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
*Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
*Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
*Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
Candidates will ideally possess a Law Degree, LPC, or an equivalent technical qualification (CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer), although applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications are also welcomed.
