Job Description:
I am recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist for a leading textile manufacturer that are recognised for their commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
*Entering orders and checking orders received from website
*Invoicing customers
*Handling queries around stock, complaints, replacements, credit notes
*Delivering exceptional customer experiences
*Collaborating with the wider teams to ensure smooth processes
*Handling freight quotes
*General administrative duties
Experience
*Good written verbal communication skills in English and another European language (Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Maintain accurate customer data in operating system
*Processing customer orders
*Resolve customer complaints
*Handle freight quotes
*General admin support to senior level stakeholders
*Ability to be persistent, work at a fast pace and meet deadlines

*Salary £24,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience
*Middleton based office - Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home
*33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
