Senior Care Assistant - Leicester
*Location: Leicester
*Hours: 8am - 8pm (36 hours per week)
*Salary: £13 per hour
*Setting: Small, well-established residential care home
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality, person-centered care within a small, welcoming residential home. Key Responsibilities: *Lead and support the care team to ensure outstanding care delivery.
*Administer medication in line with policies and procedures.
*Maintain and update care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

*Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to enhance care provision.
Candidate Requirements: *Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or an experienced Care Assistant ready for progression.
*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
*Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
*A strong commitment to delivering high-quality elderly care.
