Job Description:
A diverse Quantity Surveying Consultancy with a strong portfolio of commercial projects is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team.
The Project Quantity Surveyors’ role
Joining a team of 16, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor eager to take the next step towards Senior level. The role is ideal for someone with the drive and ambition to influence both the business and the team’s growth.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will take on a leadership role, managing junior team members while delivering a diverse range of projects. This position is focused on the professional side of the industry, working closely with funders, developers, and major corporate clients, rather than being site-based.
Projects will cover multiple sectors, including industrial, office, residential, and development monitoring. There will also be opportunities to contribute to feasibility studies and high-profile commercial projects, providing exposure to key clients and significant career development.
With a clear path for progression and an opportunity to play a key role in expanding the team, this position offers an exciting chance for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to develop their expertise, take on greater responsibility, and advance their career within a thriving consultancy.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
*Ideally qualified with MRICS or atively working towards
*Previous consultancy experience
*Strong pre and post contract experience
*Successful track record running projects from start to finish
