Job Description:
#BelongWithUs City Plumbing is recruiting for an organised and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be hybrid with 2 days in our head office in Crick and 3 days work from home.
The role: As a project coordinator you’ll be a key representative for Data Management team. You are responsible for maintaining detailed project documentation, monitoring and tracking issues and risks, and escalating matters when necessary to prevent potential impacts.
Key Responsibilities: *Project Management: Lead the coordination and management of product data requirements within IT implementation projects.
*System Knowledge: Utilise your good understanding of various systems to anticipate requirements and troubleshoots issues proactively.
*Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between IT teams and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project goals and timelines.
*Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
You: As a Project Coordinator, you will be a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will thrive in being organised and wanting to help colleagues whether that be help support offering SME support or assisting with project documentation.
Required skills and competencies: *Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and teams.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*Proven experience and knowledge of IT systems
