Rewards Specialist - Luxury Retail
About:
We are partnering with an Global Luxury Fashion house who are renowned for their heritage and exceptional quality, combining tradition and innovation across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrances. In this role, we are looking for a Benefits Specialist to play a crucial role in overseeing and administering employee benefits programs, to implement strategies, policies, frameworks and projects related to the services provided. Please note, this role is a Fixed Term Contract ending in December 2025, but has potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and Update Rewards & Benefits Strategies and Policies, ensuring strategies are aligned with business goals and objectives. This involves reviewing market trends, competitor activities, and business needs to adjust policies accordingly.
*Collect, organize, and maintain all relevant Rewards & Benefits information, including project data, market research, competitor insights, and industry trends, track against defined goals.
*Assist in the development, review, and management of the biannual budget.
*Prepare comprehensive gender pay gap reports that meet legal requirements and reflect the organization’s commitment to transparency and diversity.
*Monitor and ensure the correct contributions are being made to the pension scheme, both from the employee and employer.
*Regularly review updates from government, advise and inform using appropriate measures.
*Develop communication plans, provide necessary training, and share feedback with the Rewards & Benefits vendors, brokers and other partners on how they can improve.
Qualities:
*Proficient understanding of UK Benefits & Pensions.
*Degree educated (minimum), CIPD qualified is highly preferred.
*Broad experience of Reward and Benefits.
*Background within a retail environment would be highly advantageous.
*Strong influencing skills and a natural ability to lead.
*Excellent communicational skills, a team player.
*Prioritises customer service standards.
