Job Description:
An exciting temp to perm opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to support a Not for Profit association in London, with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.
Client Details
This is a large organisation within the Public Sector & Not for Profit industry, based in the vibrant city of London. Their focus is to provide resources and support to the Trade Association sector.
Description
*Manage and coordinate daily office operations and procedures.
*Provide comprehensive meeting minutes for board and committee meetings
*Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
*Manage diaries, arrange meetings and appointments.
*Prepare documents and reports related to office management.
*Maintain office supplies and equipment.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
*Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful PA/Officer Manager should have:
*Proven experience in a PA or office management role within the Public Sector or a Not for Profit organisation.
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*A pro-active and self-starter approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Offer
*A competitive hourly rate of approximately £22.30 to £23.10.
*A temporary position becoming permanent for the right person
*A supportive and collaborative team environment.
