Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Contract: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team near Tamworth. You will work closely with different teams and managers to provide financial advice, support decision-making, and help improve business performance. This is a key role in ensuring the company’s financial success and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Help create and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide insights on business performance, identifying key areas for improvement.
Business Support:
Work closely with senior leaders to offer financial advice and help guide business decisions.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare and present monthly financial reports, analyzing performance and highlighting key trends.
Cost Management:
Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining business performance.
Business Case Support:
Help prepare financial analysis for new projects and investments.
Process Improvement:
Suggest ways to improve financial processes and reporting tools for better efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work with different teams to raise financial awareness and help non-financial staff understand key financial information.
Ad-hoc Analysis & Projects:
Lead or support special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Skills & Experience:
Experience:
Experience in a finance role, preferably as a business partner or financial analyst.
Qualifications:
Working towards a finance qualification would be ideal (ACCA/CIMA)
