*Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
*Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
*Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
*Provide training and support to clients on the use of the company’s products and services.
*Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
