Accounts Assistant - Join a Trusted Insurance & Financial Firm

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week, incl. 1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping - Maintain accurate accounts payable & receivable records
Bank Reconciliation - Perform complex reconciliations & resolve discrepancies
Accounts Payable - Verify, code & process invoices, liaising with insurers/partners
Accounts Receivable & Credit Control - Generate invoices, track payments & chase overdue accounts
Premium Finance - Process instalments & assist clients with finance-related queries
Quality Assurance - Conduct checks to maintain financial accuracy & compliance
What We’re Looking For:
? Essential:
*Strong experience in credit control & reconciliations
*Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office
*Excellent attention to detail, communication, & organisational skills
*Ethical, proactive, and committed to high financial standards
? Desirable:
*Experience in insurance or financial services
*Familiarity with premium finance processes
*Ability to work both independently & as a team.
