BCMGlobal Mortgage Services are seeking a to join our team. As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will ensure that all loans are serviced in line with client strategies, minimising losses and ensuring compliance with SLAs and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with all teams within our two service functions to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
*Liaise with borrowers, third parties, and clients to facilitate cooperative property sales within agreed timelines and regulatory requirements.
*Manage properties in possession, ensuring they are marketed and sold in accordance with SLAs and procedures.
*Ensure Lifetime Mortgages are repaid within the contractual timeframes, with effective monitoring throughout the process.
*Provide accurate and timely responses to information requests and enquiries, ensuring they are handled in line with SLAs.
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate borrower information.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements.
*Maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills and Competencies Required:
*Proven experience working to strict deadlines and targets.
*Ability to manage and support change effectively.
*Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
*Technical and regulatory competence in servicing loans and managing property sales.
*Excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Flexibility and a strong work ethic with a solid attendance record.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable Skills:
*Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*A deep understanding of the property sale process and equity release loans.
*Ability to see tasks through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service.
