Plant Manager | Cambridgeshire | £60,000 - £70,000
Are you a tried & tested production leader with a HUGE passion for continuous improvement?

This role will give you an excellent opportunity to shape factory processes, drive positive yield, reduce waste and ensure optimum production processes are in place. For someone who loves diving into data, setting plans and rolling them out to teams it’s an absolute dream set up.
This factory is somewhat unique in its operating processes but someone from a fast paced, machinery heavy background could transfer their skills well. Individuals from the packaging production world is a great crossover in particular.
What will you need?
*Senior production/manufacturing leadership within a fast-paced FMCG business
*Process development experience
*Significant continuous improvement understanding & practical experience of
*Hands on personality
