Job Description:
M&A Manager - In-House M&A Birmingham | Hybrid
up to £85000 pa + bonus
Join a fast-growing international company as an M&A Manager in Birmingham. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying and executing UK acquisitions, working across the full M&A process from target evaluation to deal completion.
Key Responsibilities: *Sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets
*Building relationships with founders and management teams
*Conducting financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence
*Leading deal negotiations (for smaller deals) and supporting larger transactions
*Contributing to team culture and growth
Requirements: *4+ years’ M&A experience (Transaction Services, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, etc.)
*Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
*Accounting knowledge (UK standards)
*Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
*Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
*Willing to travel within the UK & occasionally to Europe
