Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Central London (4 days a week in the office)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + 10-15% Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you will have a diverse role that combines financial reporting and business partnering. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and act as a key player in driving financial performance and decision-making. This is a client-facing role, and you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
In addition to the hands-on financial reporting and analysis, you will also have responsibility for managing a direct report, fostering their development, and ensuring that the team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the financial reporting for the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Partner with the wider business to provide financial insights and support key decision-making.
*Manage one direct report, providing guidance and development.
*Collaborate with the Head of Finance and senior leadership to drive business performance.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and providing them with the financial insights they require.
Career Path:
There is a clearly defined pathway for this role to evolve into the Head of Finance position, with opportunities for career growth and development within the business.
Requirements:
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
*Currently in a Finance Manager role, with experience in managing at least one direct report.
*Experience in financial reporting and business partnering.
*A background in audit or corporate finance, ideally with client-facing experience.
*Previous exposure to the student accommodation, build-to-rent, or real estate sectors would be a plus. Hospitality backgrounds will also be considered.
