Job Description:
You, a Personal Assistant who thrives under pressure within fast paced environments, will be needed to support the Project Director and Head of department. You will manage diaries, book travel, produce presentation and liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role is a maternity cover, however, working for a FTSE 100 may present other permanent opportunities during your time.

Description
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
· Diary management - setting up meetings/teams’ video conference calls efficiently and without prompt and booking meeting rooms and catering as required.
· Managing marketing suite diaries.
· Proactively moving meetings around to make way for more time sensitive meetings or viewings at short notice.
· Preparing and amending presentations and other documents to tight deadlines.
· Organisation of internal and external events.
· Build, develop and manage relationships with all internal and external parties. First point of contact for Agents, Project Managers, Lawyers etc.
· Arranging site tours / viewings at various locations (liaising with site teams to arrange access and PPE).
· Deal management - coordination with Secretariat and Lawyers to ensure deals and leases are logged, signed, and sent back within the correct timescale.
· Travel arrangements - organising domestic flights, train tickets, hotels, and taxis.
· General administration - processing expense claims, updating the hospitality register, logging CPD and volunteering hours.
· Close liaison with other PAs and Direct Reports to ensure priorities are communicated and any outstanding matters are followed up promptly.
*· Short-term cover for other PA’s when required.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
*Strong knowledge of MS Office and other related software.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
*An understanding of the property industry.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Ideally from a FTSE 100 background
