As Receptionist, you will be responsible for;
*Managing front desk activities, including answering and forwarding phone calls.
*Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
*Coordinating meeting room bookings and arranging refreshments as needed.
*Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
*Keeping reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
*Assisting with ad hoc administrative projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proactive with being able to multitask and prioritise.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
*A friendly and professional demeanour.
