Title: ManagingQuantitySurveyor-Fit out
Location:Sheffield
Salary: £60,000 plus package

Role & Responsibilities
*Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyorsreportinginto the Managing Director
*Commercially managefit outprojects suchas officesand commercial builds
*Complete cost value reports,and final accounts.
*Complete / submit variations
*Ensure projects are completed within budget.
About the Company
*Regionalfit out contractorwith project values ranging from £100k to £2M.
*Focuses on commercialrefurbprojects such as offices, leisureand education
*Agrowing business with an excellent name.
Required Knowledge & Experience
*BSc Quantity surveying.
*Strong IT skills includingMicrosoft Excel and word.
*Experience Quantity surveyinglooking to manage
*Full UK driving license.
