Key responsibilities:
*Maintaining accounting records and managing the purchase ledger payments
*Ensuring all invoices are processed promptly, resolving queries quickly and efficiently
*Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries
*Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
*Processing Supplier Invoices
*CIS return
*Managing Company Credit cards and Staff Expense payments
*Any other Ad Hoc Finance duties assigned by your Line Manager

*Excellent communication skills
*Experience in a similar role
*Knowledge of CIS return
*Motivated team player, with a positive attitude
*Good IT skills including Excel
