Do you work in Corporate Development?  Have you directly led corporate development deals end to end?  We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Corporate Development Manager to join an acquisitive financial services client.  This is a short term contract in London and requires you to be available immediately.  You will have a background in M&A/ Transaction Services with direct experience of running transactions end to end.  There is a strong preference for exposure to tech enabled and/or financial services driven businesses.  Attractive day rate.  If you have ALL of the above experience please do get in touch asap.
