We are working with a major North American private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They focus on mid – big cap investments in the broad infrastructure space including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy and oil and gas.
They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt team.  The role will support the MDs in orginating and executing big ticket infrastructure investments for the fund.
The role will work on the following:
- Leading origination of investments for the firm
- Leading appraisals of investments
-  Supervising financial/ LBO modelling
- Structuring of transactions alongside Directors
 -Managing advisors as principal
- Negotiation of terms
- Structuring and preparing of documents
- Full involvement through to completion
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
*VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
*VP level Investment bankers with infrastructure advisory experience
*Excellent understanding of debt structuring and financing highly relevant Infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
