Static Site Building Services Engineer (Mechanical Bias) Location: Newcastle
Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer looking for a static-site role in Newcastle? TSR is recruiting for a leading Facilities Management company seeking a skilled professional to maintain a key commercial property.
Key Responsibilities: ? Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Oversee HVAC, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
? Fault Diagnosis & Repairs - Ensure efficient system performance and quick issue resolution.
? Compliance & Safety - Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and maintain service records.
? Teamwork & Communication - Liaise with colleagues and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
