What You’ll Be Doing: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll be an integral part of the hospital team, ensuring safe and effective medication use. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting medication reviews and recommending treatment adjustments
Providing expert prescribing advice to medical and nursing staff
Supporting inpatient wards with clinical pharmacy services
Managing medicines reconciliation and discharge processes
Ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and best practices
Supervising and mentoring junior pharmacy staff
? What You Need to Apply: To be considered, you’ll need:
? GPhC registration (essential)
? Hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience (Band 7 or 8a)
? Strong knowledge of NHS prescribing guidelines
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? The ability to work independently and as part of a team
