Legal Personal Assistant - Shipping
£36,500 - £46,000 DOE
London (EC2N) Hybrid
A sector-focused global law firm is seeking a Legal Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to lawyers and clients. This role involves working on large international projects, particularly in the infrastructure and energy sectors, and requires a proactive and highly organised individual.
The PA will be responsible for managing workflow for support services, overseeing document production, file management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. A strong understanding of client needs, firm procedures, and internal systems is essential.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Legal PA in a law firm, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools. The ideal candidate will be professional, polished, dependable, and able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
