Our client based in the March are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor on a fulltime permanent basis. (NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS) Working for a well established business this role is to look after a designated manufacturing production area running multiple products on different lines. The team will be a maximum of 25 people. This role is to ensure that all products are manufactured on time in full and adhere to all relevant Health and safety regulations. As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for production lines in the factory and ensure they run efficiently ensuring delivery dates are achieved. People management including recruitment, one to ones. Management meetings with senior operational personnel to discuss production programmes, deliveries and any operational issues held every day. This is a typical production Supervsiory role however there is real scope for development in the future. A full job description is available for all suitable candidates.
To be considered for this role of Production Supervisor you MUST have relevant experience within a manufacturing/production environment and either be a season supervisor looking to step up or an existing production manager.

The hours of work is7am till 4pm (to suit) Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) 25 days holiday
