Accountable Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing UK-based business looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities: *Supporting the Finance Manager with month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Preparing and reviewing management accounts with commentary to support senior stakeholders.
*Analysing financial data to provide insights on business performance.
*Working closely with finance and non-finance teams to explain financial information in a clear way.
*Helping to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
*Ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date, including balance sheet reconciliations.
*Supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For: *Part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs) and ideally some SAP experience.
*Experience with month-end processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Confident working with data and explaining financial information to non-finance colleagues.
*A proactive mindset, with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
