Job Description:
I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR Advisor. This role is being recruited on an interim basis; you will work as part of a broader HR team to advise on ER cases and people issues across the organisation.
Below is an overview of the key things you will get involved in:
*Advising Managers on all areas of HR - everything from performance and absence through to complex and high-risk cases
*Conducting investigations
*Supporting Managers with change projects
*Delivering training material to Managers
*Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
*Updating the HR system and producing reports
*Building stakeholder relationships
*Assisting with a variety of HR projects
My client is looking for someone that has previous ER experience, is able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and that is available immediately or at short notice.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work pro-actively off your own initiative are all essentials for this role.
