Job Overview: We are currently recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Liverpool University Hospital NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities: *Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs.
*Provide and manage the provision of necessary equipment to support patient care.
*Plan and coordinate effective discharge strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for patients.
*Participate in board rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Requirements: *Proven experience in Occupational Therapy within an NHS or equivalent healthcare setting.
*Expertise in assessment, provision of equipment, and discharge planning.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills.
