Part-Time Accounts Payable
3 Days per week, office based
Temporary Role April to August
£12.50 - £13.00 per hour DOE

My client is looking for a part time Accounts Payable assistant from April to August 2025. Due to the location of the company you will require a car. The role involves processing a high volume of invoices, so attention to detail and ability to stay accurate with repetitive tasks are both crucial. This Accounts Payable is Part-Time, 3 full days per week. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a finance role.

Part-Time Accounts Payable Key Responsibilities
*Matching, coding and processing a high volume of invoices
*Seeking invoice approvals within the business
*Reconciling expense claims
*Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required

Part-Time Accounts Payable Profile
*Previous experience in a finance
*Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
*Good interpersonal and communication skills as part of a tight knit team
*Excellent attention to detail
*Car Driver due to location
