Salary: Up to £40,000

Role Overview As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll work closely with Account Executives to manage client relationships, process renewals and adjustments, and liaise with insurers to secure the best terms.
Key Responsibilities *Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries
*Provide exceptional client service and support
*Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
*Assist with claims handling and administrative tasks
About You *Experience in insurance broking (commercial or personal lines) is essential
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities
*Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to work towards it)
