Part-Time (across 5 days)
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR across the entire employee life-cycle, providing a professional HR service to all employees while acting as an ambassador for people-related policies and procedures.
Own transport required due to remote location.
Description of the role:
*Building relationships with department managers.
*Meeting with department managers to offer proactive support.
*Assisting with investigations and grievance hearings.
*Reporting on various HR data metrics.
*Supporting the HR team with projects.
*Ensuring compliance of all Right to Work documentation and on boarding documentation.
*Reviewing policies and procedures.
About you:
*Experience of working within a similar Advisory role.
*Own transport required due to location.
*This is a part-time role working across 5 days.
*Able to interpret and translate HR data.
*CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
*Proficient in HRIS technology.
*A passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
