We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Wakefield that is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team.
The Role:
As a Shares and Finance Administrator, you will provide essential support, ensuring the smooth running of client accounts and assisting with financial planning processes. Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings
*Administering Shares transactions
*Processing new business applications and policy administration
*Liaising with clients, providers, and advisers to manage queries
*Maintaining accurate records and compliance with FCA regulations
*Supporting advisers with research and financial planning tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience in a financial planning, share dealing or IFA administration role
*Strong knowledge of financial products, including pensions and investments
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
*Experience with financial software and CRM systems (desirable)
